Safe homemade mayonnaise from hard-boiled eggs

Homemade mayonnaise is always in priority to store mayonnaise. On the eve of New Year’s holidays, many housewives choose to prepare mayonnaise by hand for their family.
But it is the homemade one that requires special attention to raw eggs and it is not always safe.
So for you, I have a recipe for a quick homemade mayonnaise that you can be 100% sure is safe.
We will need:
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (home-boiled or free-range prioritized)
- 50 g of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 0,5 tsp. mustard
- salt to taste
- boiling water (the amount of which we adjust at the end).
All the above ingredients are placed in a bowl and beat with a blender. At the end of the thick mayonnaise is regulated with boiling water.
That’s all :)
Dress salads immediately before serving. Firstly, the dish will keep its freshness much longer, and secondly, all the ingredients will not have time to absorb almost all the mayonnaise. As a bonus, you will get less stress on your body and feel good the next day.
